Minister of Internal and External Trade, Tomislav Momirović, opened this significant annual gathering. Minister Momirović emphasized that Serbia has shown significant economic growth and that the upcoming EXPO 2027 organization will further contribute to it. He also mentioned that within the "Leap into the Future by 2027" program, over 18 billion euros will be invested in more than 300 projects in Serbia.

The EXPO 2027 panel kicked off the 9th Conference on Infrastructure and Real Estate Prodexpo Serbia, where experts outlined the greatest challenges as a shortage of labor and material procurement. Bojan Stanić, representing the Chamber of Commerce, stated that the Expo should be an ideal opportunity for domestic companies. Conference participants highlighted the importance of green construction, among whom was Dragana Korica, director of the Serbian Green Building Council.

The Prodexpo Serbia Conference also brought together representatives of the Chambers of Commerce of Vojvodina, Mr. Boško Vučurević, the Greek-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Kostas Georgakos, who emphasized the importance of cooperation and new opportunities between the two countries, Dr. Dragana Kostić from the Chamber of Pirot, as well as Goran Račić from the Chamber of Banja Luka. On the topic of investment and why investing in real estate is always a good move, Professor Molnar from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Economics and Mario Kijanović from the Foreign Investors Council spoke, as well as one of the conference sponsors.

The conference was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Kragujevac, Dejan Ružić, and the Chief Urban Planner, Lidija Stefanović Nikolić. The Appraisal Panel "Has the Investor Changed? New Trends and Demands" addressed the most important issues among appraisers, experts, and consultants, moderated by Danijela Ilić, President of the National Association of Appraisers of Serbia.
