The three underground levels are designated for garages with a total of 166 parking spaces, accessible via two ramps. The lowest level, Basement -4, in addition to a garage area with 33 parking spaces, includes a space for bicycles and motorcycles, a transformer station, a recycling area, a pump station, and a reservoir. On Basement -3, an additional garage with 46 parking spaces is planned, while Basement -2 has 87 spaces, making it the largest parking level. Basement -1 is reserved for delivery vehicles and technical rooms, accessible via a vehicular-pedestrian ramp.
On the ground floor, a representative entrance hall is planned, providing access to the upper business floors. This level also houses administrative offices, a service counter hall, and a technical inspection office with two lanes and all necessary accompanying facilities.
From the first to the fourth floor, the layout is uniform, with 19 offices per floor, including executive offices, restrooms, a kitchenette, and technical rooms. On the higher floors, from the fifth to the eighth floor, as well as on the recessed floor, more spacious offices with additional amenities are planned—two executive offices, secretarial offices, meeting rooms, and a large open-space area, along with supporting functions such as a kitchenette and technical rooms.
The conceptual design of this modern office building was created by Marnik d.o.o., while the urban planning project was prepared by Yugo Biro.
The public presentation of the project will last until March 5.
