Citizens who have recently shown interest in this type of real estate investment now have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with a specific project we will be undertaking together. This is a residential-commercial building on Ustanička Street in Belgrade, with a planned area of 1,880 square meters. It will include 21 residential units, 3 commercial spaces, and 28 parking spaces. A public presentation with all project details and investment options will be available to those who register on the platform investiram.rs. After getting acquainted with the complete investment, its timeline, and projections, citizens will have the opportunity to become partners in the project," explained Dušan Uzelac, author of the "Investiram na kvadrat" project and founder of the financial portal Kamatica.

“Investiram na kvadrat” is a model for direct and joint real estate investment, accessible to anyone who wishes to invest and achieve returns higher than traditional savings and investment options.

"The calculation is straightforward! For example, if the investment per square meter costs 1,500 euros, and its selling price is 2,250 euros, this yields a profit of 750 euros, split evenly between the project owner and each investor. So, for an investment of 1,500 euros, your profit as an investor would be 375 euros, or 25% of the total amount you invested. If we know that the entire investment cycle, from land purchase to property sale, typically lasts around two years, this equates to a 1% monthly return," says Uzelac.

The "Investiram na kvadrat" team is responsible for the entire process, from investment realization and construction of the residential-commercial building to updating investors on progress and selling the completed apartments.

"The project owner’s guarantees and obligations are precisely defined in a contract signed with each investor, in compliance with current legal standards. The contract signing is scheduled only after confirming that there are enough investors to fund 100% of the investment. Then the funds are deposited, and the project can begin," explained Branislav Puzović, a lawyer and member of the legal team.

Project Director Aleksandar Nikčević, a civil engineer with over 20 years of construction experience and over 300,000 square meters built, believes that the construction industry in Serbia has finally gained a much-needed and long-awaited funding model. According to him, with this model, the project does not proceed until 100% of the necessary funds are collected, eliminating any potential delays in project implementation or construction. All investors will have complete visibility of each phase of construction, an added benefit of this investment model, as stated by representatives of the "Investiram na kvadrat" project.
