The amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan for the wider area around the Bežanijska Kosa Clinical-Hospital Center were initiated based on a decision made by the Provisional Authority of the City of Belgrade at a session held at the end of December last year, following an initiative by the client, the company Beo Trio Gradnja GRA doo Belgrade.

The area covered by the plan encompasses approximately 1.89 hectares, with the planned construction of commercial facilities totaling a gross floor area of 46,864 square meters. It is anticipated that this area will employ 585 people.

This plan allows for the phased realization of buildings, with each phase representing a functional unit.

The plan was developed by IBM Consult doo from Belgrade, and the public review will last until June 24th.
