The Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism of Serbia announced the public presentation of the Urban Project of the construction complexes in blocks 28, 29a and 30 - that is, on the banks of the Sava for the "Belgrade on the Water" project.
It is a very attractive location, taking into account the proximity to the Sava River, the proximity of the fair complex and the facilities in the area around the Belgrade Tower, as well as the planned cultural facilities within the Milan Vapa Paper Factory, the project itself states.
What is all planned?
The construction of the city market is planned in part of block 28. The building in which the market will be located will have a ground floor and five floors, and its above-ground (gross) area will be 17,641 square meters.
The premises and the open part of the market will be located on the ground floor. The offices of the market administration, technical and auxiliary rooms are planned on the first floor.
The second floor is intended for a garage with a total of 86 parking spaces, while the third floor is also intended for a garage, which will have a total of 106 parking spaces.
The fourth floor is an office space for rent. One part consists of offices, and the other part is a multifunctional space, as can be seen in the urban planning project.
The fifth floor is intended for office space that will be used by PUK "Beogradske pijace".
A four-star hotel is planned in the northeastern part of Block 29, which will have 163 rooms and spread over seven floors plus the ground floor.
The hotel will have banquet halls, changing rooms with access to the gym, SPA center and swimming pool.
A garage with 58 parking spaces is planned in the basement, while four parking spaces will be in front of the hotel.
In addition to the hotel and the market, the urban project also mentions the construction of a residential-commercial complex consisting of six buildings of eight to nine floors, which will be connected with common underground floors.
The public presentation of this project began on September 9 and continues until the 16th of this month in the premises of the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism, as well as on the website of the Ministry of Construction.
